The Ethiopian productivity association (EPA) was established in September, 2023. However, it was certified in July, 2024 by the Authority for Civil Society Organizations.

Supporting Academic Institutions
In light of our commitment to transforming socio-cultural values surrounding productivity, we will prioritize youth engagement. Supporting academic institutions emerges as the most effective strategy to reach and empower this demographic.
Supporting Enterprises
The association aims to support enterprises in diverse ways to enhance their effectiveness and set benchmarks for others. This initiative seeks to inspire the youth to establish new ventures and contribute productively to our economy.
Supporting the Government
The Ethiopian Productivity Association is committed to be an important development partner to the government at both federal and regional levels. Our aim is to foster a supportive political and socio-economic environment that is essential for the success of the national productivity strategy. Our collaboration in this endeavor is invaluable.
Supporting Other Actors
Supporting other actors, including CSOs, cooperatives, and international organizations aligned with our mission, is vital. By aiding these organizations, we indirectly enhance productivity efforts.
