who we are

We are organizing training and exposure visit program since 2016 for different teams of civil servants, CSO leaders, businesspersons, graduates and others.

We have organized 18 rounds of special programs for leaders under the theme of national development and productivity.  Our mission is to enable participants from developing countries gain enough economic development and transformation experiences from others. We are a founding member of the Ethiopian Productivity Association.

what we do

Our programs include training sessions on national development & productivity, experience sharing events, field visits, city – country tours and entertainment activities.

Who can join us

Any interested individuals who can cover their costs can join us. But we consider their academic background, job position and their team work capacity.

timeframe

Registration for the 21st round program ends on June 13, 2025.

Visa application will be on June 20, 2025. Considering the arrival of the visas, the program will be conducted in between July. 5 and July 15, 2025. The exact dates will be announced soon.

Costs

The duration of the program is 6-7 days. The cost of the program is 1850 USD.

This covers tickets from Addis to Istanbul, and Istanbul to Antalya or any other cities, accommodation in 5-star hotel in a two-persons per room, meal, local transportation costs, museum entrance fees, training facilities, and other program related costs.
